Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate service agreement. Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of our engagement.

  • We will return any documents provided by you upon request.
  • Our confidentiality obligations will continue beyond termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

12. Changes to Terms
